For Binary Options Trading these are the rules:

When the price reaches a l minimum (under the green wavy line) arrow appears to signal a trend reversal, when waiting on lower display FX timing sine wave begins to move upward (green) - buy a CALL option. When the price reaches a local maximum (above the red wavy line) arrow appears a trend reversal, FX timing indicator starts to move downward wave (painted red) - buy the PUT option
