Zero Lag Stochastic Trading System is a trend following strategy based on the Zero Lag Stochastic indicator and Coloured Woodies CCI.
Time frame H1
Currency pair: EUR/USD GBP/USD, AUD/USD, USD/CHF,.
Zero Lag Stochastic Trading System is designed to generate buy and sell signals from a combination of currently available indicators for the MetaTrader 4 (MT4) platform.
The metatrader indicators are:
Coloured Woodies CCI indicator;
Pivot Points level indicator;
ZeroLag Stochastics indicator.
In order to generate signals using Zero Lag Stochastic trading system… all 3 of the above indicators must be installed on your charts. A sample template has been included in this zip file for your convenience. If you have a version of ZeroLag Stochastics already in your MT4 indicator file, you should replace it with the one included in this zip file as a minor change has been made to it that improves zero lag stochastic trading.
In addition,you must also install the Zero Lag Stochastic indicators. All 3 (CCI, , ZLS, pivots points level ) should be copied to the Program Files/MetaTrader/Experts/Indicator folder before opening MetaTrader.
The Zero Lag Stochastic Trading System.tpl template file should be copied to: program filess/MetaTrader/template folder (Make sure you don’t install it to the MetaTrader/Experts/Templates folder).
Once all the indicators and the template file are copied to their proper folders. Start MT4, open a new chart, click on Templates and select Zero Lag Stochastic Trading System.
Buy
Coloured Woodies CCI indicator>0.
Zero Lag Stochastics indicator cross upward.
Sell
Coloured Woodies CCI indicator<0
Zero Lag Stochastics indicator cross downward.
Exit Position
At the pivot points levels,
for buy if Coloured CCI Woodie is >0 to go for PT2 (optional)
For sell if Coloured CCI Woodie is <0 to go for PT2. 8optional)
Initial stop loss 25-30 pips, after 25 pips in gain move stop loss at the entry price.
When the price reached the pt 1 move stop loss at the + 18 pips.
