When Bollinger bands are > Keltner channels the market is trending.

 

Bollinger Band>Keltner channel

trending market

trending following strategy

 

Bollinger Bands (20; 2);

Keltener Channels (default);

MACD (9; 12,26).

 

Long Entry

MACD >0 and crosses up

Bollinger Bands (Upper band)>Keltner channels (upper band).

 

 Short Entry

MACD <0 and crosses down

Bollinger Bands (lower band)>Keltner channels (lower band).

 


Exit

Place Stop loss 2 pips above or below middle band.

Profit Target ratio: 1:1 or fast profit).
