Overview

UT Bot Alerts MT4 Strategy combines the UT Bot Alerts and the SMC Lux Algo Indicator, leveraging their complementary strengths to identify high-probability trading opportunities. It is designed for intraday or swing trading on MetaTrader 4 (MT4), where the indicators have been adapted from their original TradingView versions. The strategy aims to capture market trends, reversals, and liquidity imbalances while maintaining disciplined risk management.

Indicators Used

1. UT Bot Alerts

   • Identifies potential trend reversals and momentum-based trade entries.

   • Key Parameters: Sensitivity (adjustable), ATR Period (sensitive 2, atr period 3).

2. SMC Lux Algo Indicator

   • Provides smart money concepts (SMC) such as order blocks, liquidity zones, and market structure.

   • Key Features:

     • Break of structure (BoS) highlights.

     • Order block and supply/demand zones.

     • Liquidity sweep markers.

Strategy Setup

1. Timeframes:

3. Trading Sessions:

   • Focus on high-volatility sessions such as the London or New York sessionsfor15amd 30 minute time frame).

Entry Criteria

1. Long Trade Setup:

   • UT Bot Alert triggers a "Buy Signal" (confirmed trend reversal).

   • Market structure aligns with higher lows and higher highs as per SMC Lux Algo.

   • Price enters or reacts from a demand zone (identified by SMC Lux Algo).

      

   • Optional: Ratis filter green bar.

2. Short Trade Setup:

   • UT Bot Alert triggers a "Sell Signal" (confirmed trend reversal).

   • Market structure aligns with lower highs and lower lows as per SMC Lux Algo.

   • Price enters or reacts from a supply zone (identified by SMC Lux Algo).

   • Optional: Ratis filter red bar.

Exit Criteria

1. Take Profit:

   • Set initial take-profit (TP) at the nearest opposing supply/demand zone highlighted by the SMC Lux Algo.

   • Partial TP: After price moves 1R (risk-reward ratio) in your favor, secure profits by closing a portion of the position and trailing stops.

   • Ratio stop loss 1:1.1-1.1.5 depends by volatity.

2. Stop Loss:

   • Place the stop loss below the recent swing low (for long trades) or above the recent swing high (for short trades).

      

   Note important: When to avoid trades:

   Trade on important trading levels avoid weak ones or against major levels.
   Also avoid when important levels are too close.
