Rainbow with Correlation Phasor MT5 Strategy is a trend momentum trading System.

Setup Strategy

Time Frame 15 min or higher.

Currency Pairs:any.

Platform MT5

Indicators Used:

• Rainbow Moving Average: Identifies trend direction based on multiple exponential moving averages (EMAs), defaul setting.

• Correlation Phasor: Confirms the strength of the trend by analyzing correlation and phase differences between different timeframes or currency pairs (default setting).

• Entry Conditions:

• Buy Signal:

  • Price is above the Rainbow Moving Average.

  • Correlation Phasor shows a strong positive trend (> threshold).

  • If the light blue moving averages are above the yellow ones, avoid entering.

• Sell Signal:

  • Price is below the Rainbow Moving Average.

  • Correlation Phasor shows a strong negative trend (< threshold).

  • If the light blue moving averages are below the yellow ones, avoid entering.

• Exit Conditions:

• Take Profit and Stop Loss are based on ATR (Average True Range).

• Exit if the Correlation Phasor weakens significantly.
