MBFX Breakout is a dynamic breakout strategy based on the I-regression and the MBFX indicator as filter. The trading system is very simple to enter in the market when the price breaks and close above or belove the of the i-regression curve and the MBFX timing is oversold or overbought with green line for buy or yellow line for sell.
Time frame 30 min or higher, best 4H.
Currency pairs majors or minors.
Metatrader 4 indicators setting
I-Regression slow 2, 0.25, 100.
MBFX Timing default setting.
Rules MBFX Breakout
Buy
The price action close above the upper band of the i-regression channel with yellow candle. The MBFX momentum indicator is green and is gone also in the
oversold.
Place initial stop loss on the previous low swing.
Profit Target ratio 1:1 stop loss or above.
Sell
The price action close belove the lower band of the i-regression channel with red candle. The MBFX momentum indicator is yellow and is gone also in the
overbought area.
Place initial stop loss on the previous high swing.
Profit Target ratio 1:1 stop loss or above.
