Reversal Extreme is a trading system of pure price action based on the principle:when the price touches a resistance or support dynamic retraces two three-bar before continuing the trend or reverse.

This strategy is very discretionary is not for beginners, and also depends on the sensitivity of the trader to read the market.

This technique can also be applied to trade binary options.

This technique is suitable for all time frames from 5 min. In the example proposed refers to trade binary options with a time frame of five minutes.

Expiry time 1 candles.

Metatrader Indicators:

Bands 50 deviations 4 apply to close.

Bands 50 deviations 3 apply to close.

Bands 50 deviations 2 apply to close.

Slope direction 10

Trading Rules Reversal Extreme

Buy

When the price touches or broken a lower band wait the first green bar and buy at the open of the next bar.

Sell

When the price touches or broken a upper band wait the first red bar and sell at the open of the next bar.

Conservative approach for trading:

wait, that the price touches or broken from the bollinger bands (50, 3).

wait, that the price touches or broken from the bollinger bands (50, 3) and buy or Sell when the slope chagens colour.

Binary options High/low trading

Expiriry time 3 candles.

Trading without Binary Options on the chart from h1 time frame.

Exit position with profit target predetermined or at the close of entry candle.

This method not recalculate and not repaint.

Expected profitability 65-75%.
