The New Signal Alert is a very good indicator for metatrader 4 that not repainting for trading intraday and with Binary Options High/Low.
Time Frame 5 min or 15 min
Financial Markets: Forex, Indicies, Commodities, Equities.
Binary Options: High/Low, expiry time 1-3 candles.

RSI Filter optional (setting 2 period or 4 period)
Trading Rules The New Signal alert
Call
When appears the green dot open position of next bar.
Or after the green dot wait the blue bar of the RSI Filter for entry position.
Put
When appears the red dot open position of next bar.
Or after the green dot wait the blue bar of the RSI Filter for entry position.
In the first example Citigroup 5 min time frame. 6 trades win. The new signal alert with RSI filter 2 period.
In the second example EUR/AUD 15min time frame: The new signal alert with RSI filter 4 period.

RSI Filter Optional (9 period)
Pivot point levels.
Buy
When appears The New signal alert green dot wait the
RSI Blue bar
Sell
When appears The New signal alert red dot wait the
RSI Red bar
Exit at the profit target or at the pivot levels.
Place the initial stop loss at the previous swing.
Profit target 12 -16 pips.
