Aurora Clear Trading Method

The Aurora Clear Trading Method is a trend action strategy based on the Demand/Supply indicator, such as Superdem, to outline support and resistance zones, and the Aurora trend indicator.

Strategy Setup

Time Frame: 5-minute (with indicators set to 4-hour TF) or daily (with indicators set to the daily TF).
Currency Pairs: Any.
Platform: MT4.

Indicators:

Demand/Supply Indicator (TF 4H);
Aurora Indicator (TF 4H) set true for bar history;
Asia indicator default setting (optional for timing confirmation);
Symbol Changer Indicator (for quick asset switching).
In the file folder at the bottom there is a moving average based arrow indicator for those who don't like acrobatic.

Trading Rules

Once the supply and demand (SD) block is formed, wait for the Aurora indicator to turn red for selling opportunities and green for buying opportunities.

Buy Setup:

Price bounces off a support area.
Aurora indicator shows a green line or green bar.
Asia indicator displays a buy arrow.

Sell Setup:

Price bounces off a resistance area.
Aurora indicator shows a red line or red bar.
Asia indicator displays a sell arrow.

If the arrow appears first and then the line, enter the trade at the opening of the second candle after the line or bar appears.

Exit Strategy

Stop Loss: Place the stop loss at the previous swing high (for sells) or swing low (for buys).
Take Profit: Use a risk/reward ratio between 1:1 and 1:1.3, depending on market volatility.
